As Managing Partner at BOD Consulting, he works with clients on building their growth roadmap and vision, unlocking value creation, organization transformation, and driving internal & external stakeholder engagement.

Moniza Waheed obtained her PhD in Political Communication from the University of Amsterdam in 2013. She graduated from Western Illinois University with an M. A. in Communication in 2008 and from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication in 2004.
As an academic member of UPM, she has authored and co-authored over 40 publications. She also served as a reviewer for several renowned journals such as Political Communication, the International Journal of Press Politics, and the International Journal of Public Opinion Research. Over the years, Moniza has presented more than 30 academic papers based on her research ideas and findings at conferences around the world. Her involvement in academia has won her 17 local and international awards, with the most recent being UPM’s Vice Chancellor’s Fellowship Teaching Award: Junior Category in the Social Sciences and Humanities for the year 2020.
She is an active member of the Fulbright Alumni Association of Malaysia where she holds the position of Honorary Secretary. Moniza trained in speechwriting at Bursa Malaysia and the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. At present, Moniza is attached to the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia as a Communication Officer to the Minister.

Diyana Kasimon is an experienced and passionate media and communication researcher and educator. She is currently a senior lecturer at the Department of Communication, Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She received her PhD from the University of Leicester where her research focused mainly in government strategic communication in nation-building.
She began her career as a research writer before joining corporate sector as a communication specialist. In between her busy schedule, she did some freelance work as a copywriter and emcee.
She enjoys sharing her work with public and has an extensive experience presenting to expert and non-expert audience with diverse background locally and internationally, speaking in multiple countries and giving talks in various settings, both formal and non-formal.
Presently, she is the Deputy Director for UPM-UNICEF Health C4D Programme and also a guest writer or penulis tamu for Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).
